Maria Tabaschek has been teaching yoga and mindful movement ever since 1997. Born in Mexico, Maria is fluent in both Spanish and English. No matter what language you speak Maria’s simple, straightforward classes are easy to follow, since she carefully demonstrates every posture. Tuesday’s class will be in English and Thursday, she will repeat the same class in Spanish. So, it’s easy to participate in every class and learn another language at the same time. Plus, ALL her classes will be stored for future viewing, so if you prefer having ALL your classes in one language, you can do that too. Maria’s taught Olympic Athletes, C Suite Executives, expectant mothers and varsity teams at gyms, studios, prisons, corporations, schools and recovery centers in Mexico, Europe and here in the USA.
